Your 7-minute Daily Renewal

Every day, a calm guiding voice walks you through the same rhythm — your Daily Renewal: Scripture, breath, a brain-body exercise, reflection, and a quick check-in. Short enough to actually do. Specific enough to actually work.

What you'll do

  • Opens with a Scripture for the day
  • Avatar-led paced breathing (vagal tone)
  • Brain-body exercise (focus + nervous-system reset)
  • Guided reflection prompt
  • 60-second check-in to track how you feel

Day 7+ · Unlocked

Restore unlocks for deeper work

After 7 consecutive Daily Renewals, the Restore module opens — a 20–25 minute guided session that uses bilateral stimulation to ease distressing memories and strengthen resilient, positive feelings. Designed for when you're ready to work on something deeper.

    Paced breath

    5–6 breaths per minute with a longer exhale — directly raising vagal tone.

  3. 2:30 – 4:30

    Brain-body cerebellum exercise

    A guided vestibular movement, eye-tracking drill, or balance & coordination pattern that stimulates the cerebellum — the brain's automation center — to build neuroplasticity and shift you out of fight-or-flight.

  4. 4:30 – 6:00

    Reflection

    One short prompt connecting today's Scripture to your real life — written or spoken.

  5. 6:00 – 7:00

    Check-in

    Three quick taps: how calm, how focused, how connected you feel right now.

The brain-body piece

Cerebellum stimulation,built into every session.

The cerebellum is the part of your brain that turns effort into automation — focus, balance, emotional regulation, even prayerful attention. Daily Renewal trains it directly using three input channels neuroscience has mapped to it.

The result: neuroplasticity. Processes that used to drain you start running in the background, so your brain works more efficiently and stays calmer under load.

Gentle head turns, tilts, and orientation shifts that feed the cerebellum from the inner ear.

Typically available around Day 30+ for users who reach Level 5 in multiple categories.
